About Me

I’m a software developer with about 15 years experience writing C/C++ code for embedded real-time systems. I got interested in Android development when I bought my first smartphone in early 2011. Since then, I’ve been having fun learning Java, figuring out Android’s quirks, and experimenting with mobile game development and promotion / monetization.

With a full time job and two young kids, I don’t have a lot of time to spend on Android development. I try to pick projects that will be fun to work on, and have some chance of being completed in a reasonable amount of time. I’m not doing this for the money, although any money I do end up making is nice (don’t trust anyone who says they’re not interested in money ). Maybe somewhere down the road I might turn this into something more serious, but for now, this is just a hobby.
