The ‘XXII Arabian Onenightstand’ looks great to me. Just the right combination of style and readability. The other one, ‘Prakrta’ I struggle to read a little bit.
The menu looks good like that, with all the text left-aligned. But my first reaction, seeing that screen, is to try and select the menu items with my right thumb. It just seems awkward to use my left hand to navigate. Have you tried a mockup that’s right-aligned? Just an idea…
Good point. I left-aligned it, thinking about leaving room for an ad up on top
I’m not sure the final menu will look like this. I have a vague idea of each word on an individual hanging / swinging platform, maybe even use box2d and have a little mini physics level going in the menu.
Honestly, it’s too early to be thinking about menu screens, and definitely too early to be worrying about fonts. I was working on the framework, needed some placeholder graphics to test the screen transitions, and that’s what led me down this distraction.
